Subject to avaliblity; Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, TV Monitor & Video, Laptop/Data Projector , Large Screen Video and Flipchart Stands can be supplied free of charge with bookings. Please request these at time of booking.

Please note hire of the cafe bar as a venue requires hire of meeting room (as dressing room) at 50% of rate and hire of technical staff at rates below.

For 7.30pm performances, access will be available from 6pm. Access prior to 6pm must be arranged in advance and will be charged per hour.
Theatre let includes use of three dressing rooms on bridge and two small rooms in annexe.
Technical Staff:
Staff technician (obligatory for rehearsals and performances)
£12.50.00 per hour + VAT
£25.00 per hour + VAT on Sundays and public holidays
Sound Operator (if required*)
£12.50 per hour + VAT
£25.00 per hour + VAT on Sundays and public holidays
Stage Crew/Followspot Operators (if required*)

* All staff hired will have to be paid for in full if cancelled within two weeks of let.

(Includes one tuning during normal hours, weekend and additional tuning will be recharged.)
Radio Microphones
Sennheiser Lapel and handheld radio Microphones
£12.00 + VAT per day OR £40 per week per microphone (including batteries)
Castlegate Arts reserves the right to use a maximum of 4 tickets for your show for its guests and any merchandise sold is subject to a 20% commission.
Aberdeen Box Office Commission:
Note that the Aberdeen Box Office deducts 8% + VAT from sales of tickets though the box office and 12p + VAT per tickets printed for company sales ("Promoters Tickets")
Cancellation Fees:
Once confirmed, and unless accommodation is re-let, a cancellation fee of 50% of the theatre or room let charge will be incurred if a booking is cancelled up to 6 weeks before , and 75% if cancelled within 6 weeks of let. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of let will be charged in full.
